Orders will be served with a delay of 2-3 days following the reception of payment,
as long as stock is available .
Means of transport will always be chosen by the BPC, Shipment preferably by :
- G.P.O Blue Parcel Service (registered and with home delivery ) will be used for all orders with a Spanish destination
- G.P.O.International High-priority parcel will be used for all destinations outside Spain (these are delivered to the client against signature, and have a complete coverage for loss)
- DHL - UPS If you prefer UPS or DHL you must do your normal shipping payment and, after that, complete UPS or DHL payment when you have accepted additional shipping costs calculated by shop.bpipaclub.com.
Clients will be informed of the approximate delay in articles which are not in available momentarily.
To return articles:
- There are 7 days during which acquired products can be returned, with no need of justification as long as they are in perfect condition. Please send a registered letter (as different consumer organizations recommend) to inform us previously. This right does not cover opened or manipulated products.
However, please remember that shipping costs are not included, neither are other administrative expenses that are generated as a result of returning goods.
The system will calculate the shipping costs exactly, once the order has been crossed.
